Its getting cold and there is no better time to indulge in the most comforting of French comfort food, Cassoulet! One of the most well known dishes from the Toulouse area of South West France, Cassoulet is garlicky mustard white beans topped with pork confit, duck confit, pork sausages and crispy breadcrumbs. This Wednesday November 15th enjoy a 4 course French dinner with friends and family.
