Great Bistro. I have dined there several times and the food has never disappointed. Best escargot I have had since I was in France.

We ate here a week ago. We were not planning to eat out but our errands took much longer than expected. We were in the Woodstock neighborhood so I looked on my phone for ideas. What a find! The food was outstanding and the server was delightful.

…. a fantastic experience. I had the roasted beet salad and the duck confit, both of which were done exceedingly well. The atmosphere was pleasant, as it was quiet and somewhat quaint. Service was great. And the food…the food was fantastic. I will certainly be back.

Great meals (Meat is cooked in perfection), impeccable service, wine selection is amazingly paired (drank two glasses before I finished the meal and never happened before), and desserts….Yum-Oooooooo. Super affordable French meal. Definitely coming back.

Went for brunch, thought it’d be pretty basic but it was amaaazing. They take simple ingredients and really make them sing. Would recommend. Would come back .

We can’t wait to go back! I was able to order ESCARGOT! I have not found them in Portland for years. They were prepared differently than I’ve had before but they were sumptuous! The entrees were perfect in preparation, presentation and portion. I thought we were too full for dessert but my honey was lured in by the sound of double, dark chocolate mousse. Indescribable!

Lovely little French restaurant in East Portland. We had the poisson du jour, which was locally caught albacore tuna, prepared medium rare, served with a veggie medley. Also, the duck confit, served with garlic-roasted diced potatoes and a side salad. Finished with creme brulee. The whole meal was excellent, the service was very attentive, and the atmosphere was intimate and friendly.

This place is amazing, the portions are a great size! We just tried them for the first time tonight and had the duck rillete. I like duck but this is just amazing with the crackers and fig jam. We also had the seabass and the mushroom ragu. All I can say is that we should not have had the mezza plater (which is delicioud) as an appetizer. It was just too much but it was all so good that we all wanted to take a nap since the food hit all the right spots. The cocktails are delicious and strong! And we can’t leave without trying the dessert!!!!! Incredible!

So elegant. We love this place. Lovely food, great service, nice ambiance. If you do not normally venture further than Duck’s or Ate-Oh-Ate, make the effort to go a little further down the block to Bergerac and you will not be disappointed. 🙂
