Opened in 2015 Bergerac has become a neighborhood gem for it’s authentic French food, lovingly prepared by Chef Owner Joris Barbaray, and for it’s friendly service.
We are open Tuesday to Saturdays for dinner in our indoor dining room or on our heated covered outdoor patios and for pre-ordered prepared food and pantry items. Our team is fully vaccinated and masked up as per local mandates. We kindly remind you to wear a mask until seated and any time you leave your table.

I can’t say enough about this place. The food, the service, the timing of the courses, the server-suggested wine and rye whiskey, and the atmosphere were all 5 stars. I’m sorry I don’t recall our server’s name because she deserves a shout-out…if you get the woman with beautiful curly silver hair you’re in great hands! We had the 4 course dinners, absolutely worth it. The halibut was perfect, the filet succulent, the escargot tender and garlicky, and the veloute was an unexpected new treat. Plus it was our first restaurant dinner in 15 months, and it’s awesome to have this meal as the one we will remember for the rest of our lives as our reintroduction to society after quarantine.

Can’t recommend this place enough. My husband and I have been there four or five times. Each time there was something new on the menu, depending on the season and available ingredients. Food there is decadent yet homey at the same time. Pleasant, without pretense. Prices are good too especially for the quantity of food you get.
